PRT Orientation & Training Video

As a growing company with a large seasonal workforce, we were looking for a way to standardize and improve the way we introduce both new and potential employees to the work on our forest seedling nurseries. Bruce Mol, of Instructional Design & Delivery, took the concept, consulted with a few of our experienced staff and within a relatively short timeframe produced a great instructional video to help new recruits understand the work and to feel part of the nursery team from the very beginning.
