by making a visual recording of a session in one location and distribute it on DVD, CD or via the web.

The above excerpt is illustrates one of the ways the Green Party of Canada trained people across Canada. The original session was 6.5 hours with the speakers who discussed many local issues.

The finished product is a succinct 2.5 hours, broken into 6 modules. The finished double layer DVD contained DVD ROM files, so users could view the contents of the DVD on FLASH enabled computers, and an accompanying booklet developed from the presented material allowed individuals self study opportunities. The DVD was used in classroom by presenters as a starting point for each of the 6 major sections the video is divided into.
