Thank you
for considering helping to fund this video commemorating the centennial of
the Okanagan Hotel Fire and the brave deeds of Archie Hickling. Eleven
people died on the evening of August 9th 1909 in Vernon, BC. It
remains the worst disaster this city has ever experienced.
Funding this
video will help the community understand this event and allow the Greater
Vernon Museum and Archives to continue to house and provide access to the
many historical artefacts of our city.
