Instructional Design &
Delivery is owned and
operated by Bruce Mol M.Ed. of Vernon, BC.
Bruce has 25 years experience training adults; designing,
developing and delivering training in the classroom and in a rich variety of
media options. While accumulating those experiences, Bruce sought
out advanced education to help him create the best learning situations
possible. He
earned a Provincial Instructors Diploma (PID), a diploma in Adult
Education (A.Ed.), and a Masters in Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum
Design and Educational Leadership from SFU.
Specializing in
media for instruction, Bruce was an early adopter of products like
PowerPoint and an advocate for using presentation media to inform,
not bore, people in classrooms and audiences.
With the advent
of accessible and affordable video streaming and editing tools Bruce
moved from screen capture and eLearning video into documentary videos
for training, orientation and education.
As a video documentarian and
educator he has created compelling videos helping people understand
nature, history and a multitude of other subjects.
Bruce's
philosophy of teaching in classrooms carries through to his video work.
"Teach in ways people can Learn." |

A unique aspect of Bruce's
work is that this approach blends his abilities as a graphic artist, an
electronic technologist and an instructor who has taught arts, all the
Microsoft Office programs, cycling
safety and Train the Trainer for many years.
In 2010 Bruce
will once again be leading instructor development courses at Okanagan
College.
